Do I need an account?
There's nothing to sign up for — open any tool and use it. Here's why, and how settings persist anyway.
No sign-up, by design
Pageonaut has no accounts. There's no registration form, no password, no "log in to continue", and no email wall in front of any tool. You open a tool and use it — that's the whole flow.
This is a deliberate choice. A tool you need for thirty seconds shouldn't ask you to create an account first. Removing the login also removes a pile of stored personal data, which keeps the site private by default: there's no profile to leak, sell, or get breached.
How things are remembered without one
A few small preferences still persist — most visibly your dark or light theme. These are saved in your browser's local storage, on your own device. They are not sent to us and not connected to any identity. Clear your browser data and they simply reset.
Because nothing is account-bound, your work isn't stored on our servers either. For browser-based tools, what you do happens locally and disappears when you close the tab — exactly what you'd want from a quick utility.
What this means for you
- Instant access — no barrier between you and the tool.
- Nothing to manage — no password to forget, no subscription to cancel.
- Less data, more privacy — we can't lose what we never collect.
